Heck, even the posts of people you REALLY LIKE and support daily... you know you probably didn't read their entire post...
It's the same with resumes friends... I am probably one of the most sensitive hiring managers that ever existed... When a person puts their heart & soul into their resume, carefully framing every accomplishment... I felt a duty to give that document its due attention... and with all my heart...

Keep in this in mind. The average job opening attracts 250 applications... some get as many as 1,000... or MORE! The average recruiter is trying to fill more than a dozen openings... the average hiring manager is fitting her recruiting duties of those one or two openings into her schedule while shuffling all her other duties which makes it a low priority...
So, that 3-page literary masterpiece in which you use the unique phrase "๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐" in which you go into great detail about WHAT you do rather than HOW WELL you do it... well... You have 7 seconds... friends...๐คทโโ๏ธ
