I'm not going to sugar-coat this... I NEVER applied for jobs in December. I never posted jobs in December either. Most people had their chance in October... early November to land a new role, and for most, that has passed. Now it is time to USE December to kick some arse in January! Here's how:

𝟏. 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬
Understanding your career aspirations ensures your job search is purposeful. Reflect on what you want from your career: growth opportunities, better work-life balance, or a complete industry pivot. Write down your professional achievements, challenges, and skills you enjoy using.

𝟐. 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞
Your resume and LinkedIn are often your first impression to employers. Keeping them updated ensures you're ready to apply for opportunities as they arise. Consider writing a compelling "About" section that tells your career story.

Do things that have nothing, nada, zilche related to your career! January has a couple of right hooks and a Mike Tyson uppercut waiting for you so just remove yourself a bit...
