...some get as many as 1,000! (picture is for perspective and that's only 888 people)

The average recruiter is trying to fill a dozen jobs.

I've spoken with 4 recruiters this month and they claim they get an average of 75 DMs per day from job seekers... 🤔 Can this be real?

The average application to interview rate is 3% and it's getting smaller... that means you need to submit 33 applications to get one interview...

The average interview to job offer rate is 40% (this varies by industry and career level)

Most people are now using some form of A.I. so now recruiters get a ton of resumes with "𝑭𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏..."

So, is A.I. REALLY helping... or is it just leveling the playing field where we're all just using A.I. as our "wingmen" with nothing differentiating us?
